有形商材：未開封の商品に限り、商品到着後10日以内にお客様サポートセンター（kotodama.kanjicraft@gmail.com）へご連絡いただいた場合、お客様の送料負担にて返金または同額以下の商品と交換可能。開封後の商品は返品・交換不可。

Return & Refund Policy
Returns & Exchanges Due to Customer Preferences
Before shipment: Orders can be canceled by clicking the cancellation button on the website.
After shipment:
For digital products (subscriptions): A 7-day free trial is available. After the trial period, no refunds will be provided for subscription renewals.
For private lessons: Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled lesson are non-refundable.
For physical products: Unopened items can be returned or exchanged for an item of equal value if the request is made within 10 days of receiving the product. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Opened products cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returns & Exchanges Due to Defects
If the product is defective, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide either a refund or a replacement.
